Ciao! I'm Giulia and I'm a comic artist / illustrator based in Palermo, Italy.

I worked for editors such as Disney, Feltrinelli, Fleurus, Ragéot, Èditions Jungle, Panini Comics, Rizzoli, Giunti, Fabbri Editori, Blue Ocean Entertainment, BOOM! Studios,  Tunué, Sergio Bonelli Editore.

I also teach manga, illustration and self-publishing at Scuola del Fumetto Palermo.

I started selling my merch online in 2014 on Etsy with "Miss Hall", my first self-published comic.

Miss Hall is a romantic comedy set in England during Regency era and inspired by Jane Austen's novel.

FAQ

 

• How long will it take to get my parcel?

It takes me 1-3 business days to pack and ship your order. When I ship your order you will receive a shipping confermation email. After this, shipping times depend on where you live and the shipping option you choose.

Orders within Italy

I ship via Poste Italiane. Standard Shipping isn't tracked (Posta 4). Courier Shipping is tracked (Poste Italiane Delivery Business).

You will receive a shipping confermation email after shipment.

With Standard Shipping you don't need to sign to receive your parcel, it will be dropped in your mailbox. It usually takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be delivered, depending on your location.

With Courier Shipping you'll receive a tracking code to check your parcel status. It usually takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be delivered, depending on your location.

You can choose your favourite shipping option at checkout.

Orders out of Italy

I ship via Poste Italiane. Standard Shipping isn't tracked (Postamail Internazionale). Courier Shipping is tracked (Poste Italiane Delivery Business International Plus).

You will receive a shipping confermation email after shipment.

With Standard Shipping you don't need to sign to receive your parcel, it will be dropped in your mailbox. It usually takes 7-45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to delivery, depending on your location.

With Courier Shipping you'll receive a tracking code to check your parcel status. It usually takes 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be delivered, depending on your location.

• Can I update my address?

If the package hasn't been shipped yet, sure! Email me as soon as possibile.

• Where can I get my tracking code?

Once your parcel is shipped, you will get an email that provides you the tracking code if your shipping method contemplate it. 

​

​

• What if my order doesn't arrive or is stolen?

Standard Shipping does not offer protection for lost or stolen packages and I won't refund you the price of the item nor shipping costs.

To protect your order against loss or theft, please select Courier Shipping at checkout. With Courier Shipping, if your order is lost of stolen, I will refund you the price of the items but not the shipping costs.

I also ask you to be mindful of anywhere packages could have been left: check your doorsteps, your neighbours and the postal office as well. If you can't find your parcel anyways, email me within 60 days from shipping date.

​

• What if my order arrives damaged / faulty?

Please contact me within 3 days from delivery and tell me what's wrong, showing me a picture of the damaged item. Depending on the kind of damage/flaw, I will ship you back the same item for free if it's still in stock. Please notice that I ship everything with care, so I'm not responsable for eventual damages made by postal services.

• I'm an internationl customer. Will I owe duties, taxes or other fees?

Your order may have import duties / taxes charged to it. This is decided by customs officials once the parcel reaches the destination country. They are not included in your order at checkout and I can't forecast how much will they be. By purchasing a product from my store as an international customer, you agree to be responsible for duties and taxes.

• I need to cancel my order, what do I do?

Email me as soon as possible and I will cancel your order with no charge. Please consider that I can cancel your order only before shipping.

​

• Do you accept returns / do you refund?

I don't accept returns. I don't refund or return commissions, customized artworks, unique pieces, digital downloads.

​

 

• Will you restock sold-out items?

I will probably restock sol-out items but if you're interested in something please contact me. Usually I need 2-3 months to restock an item but I will eventually try to hurry.

​

​

• What are pre-orders?

Sometimes I put an item available to purchase even if it still needs to be produced. If you want to buy it in pre-order I assure you a cheaper price and you also help me with the production investment. I usually test the item before ordering a stock so you can be sure about its quality. Please consider that in case of pre-orders I will need an extra time to process your order (usually 1-2 months extra).

• Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept all payments allowed by Wix, Paypal included.
